Educating and training each child entrusted to us is a privilege and a God-given responsibility. We endeavor to provide each child with the best in character training and college-preparatory instruction. Ultimately, our desire is to see each student grow in their walk with Jesus Christ.
Heritage Christian School is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Kansas Association of Independent and Religious Schools (KAIR).
HCS is accredited through Cognia.
Heritage Christian School is governed by a Board of Directors made up primarily of parents. Board members are recommended by a committee and voted on by the general parent body. The Board meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month. All parents are invited to attend.
STATEMENT OF FAITH*
1. We believe in the Bible to be the inspired, and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to power and glory.

4. We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to lead a Godly life.
6. We believe the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they who are saved unto the resurrection of life and they who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers.
