Mr. Current earned a Bachelorʼs Degree in Business Administration from

Washburn University, and has an ACSI certification as a secondary teacher in

science and Bible. He has taught at Heritage Christian School since 2011 in a

variety of secondary subjects, including math, Bible, chemistry, economics,

government, physical science, and physical education. Mr. Current also teaches

Biblical purity. He serves as the athletic director and acts as the assistant coach

for boysʼ and girlsʼ soccer and boys' basketball. Mr. Current is the sponsor for our Student Council. Curtis is an elder at his church and teaches a Sunday school class for high school students. He and his wife, Terri, have four adult children who are all graduates of Heritage. In his spare time Curtis enjoys playing softball and soccer. He is also a voracious reader.
