Mrs. Harris earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Washburn

University. She began teaching music at Heritage Christian School in 2019. Darla has been the music director at her church, Light of the World Christian Center, for the past 20 years and has taught lessons on many instruments. Music has always played a large part in her life, and she is thankful for the opportunity to work with the band and elementary in sharing her love for Jesus and music. Darla has two children and enjoys spending time with them and her husband, especially camping in the mountains.
