Mrs. Nancy Fanning graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelorʼs of Education Degree in secondary mathematics and has had State of Kansas certification in mathematics. She later added State of Kansas Certification in secondary language arts. She is currently certified by ACSI for secondary education. Mrs. Fanning taught in public schools for 23 years and served as the office secretary at Prairie View Christian Camp near Arkansas City, KS for nine years before moving to Topeka to teach at Heritage beginning in the fall of 2016. She teaches math and is the online college class supervisor and administrative assistant at HCS. Nancy and her husband Jim are members of Walnut View Christian Church in Topeka, KS. They have three adult daughters and seven grandchildren.
