Ms. Cunningham received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University and has eleven years of experience in private, public, and homeschool education. Most of her experience has been in the fourth grade classroom, but she has also previously taught elementary math intervention and P.E.

Ms. Cunningham moved to Topeka in 2024 and has been part of the faculty of HCS since that time. She has two children who attend Heritage and is dedicated to seeing all students grow academically as well as spiritually.

Ms. Cunningham is very involved in her home church, where she volunteers with prayer ministry, youth, and the young adult ministry. She is passionate about helping the next generation in her classroom and at church seek the Lord and learn to live a spiritually free and joy-filled life.
